We’re a year older today and the past year has been a roller-coaster ride, with back-to-back Product launches, Promos, feature updates, Local Programs and of course, our all new Hosting suite.
As we started our 14th Year, we had a simple vision – To provide our Resellers with all the tools that enable them to be competitive. The launch of all our Hosting Products, our 8 new Local Programs and other feature enhancements were all a part of that goal and we’re a lot closer to it today.
Here’s a glimpse at everything we’ve accomplished together, over the past year:
Enhanced Infrastructure:
Since June last year, we worked extensively on improving our Infrastructure with a special focus on stability and scalability. We improved our Server Specifications, switched to a Dedicated Server architecture and streamlined our Server Deployment process so that we can consistently offer Hosting services with a 99.9% uptime. These changes were widely appreciated by our Resellers and were instrumental in increasing our Hosting numbers!
Halfway through our Hosting Roadmap:
With an improved infrastructure in place, we went on to launch Linux Multi-Domain Hosting in September, after a limited beta with over 300 Resellers! We also went live with Linux Reseller Hosting with WHM & WHMCS in January, again after a special beta Program with 800 Resellers.
Currently, we’re in the middle of a Beta Program for Windows Multi-Domain Hosting and Resellers will be able to offer this product in just another 2 weeks.
Each of these new Hosting Products received a great response from all our Resellers and we experienced our highest ever Product sign-Up rate of 85% with Reseller Hosting!
8 New Local Programs:
Starting with China.ResellerClub in Feb 2011, we went on to launch 7 other Local Programs. We now offer completely customized Reseller Programs for China, Russia, UK, India, Brazil, Spain, Germany and Turkey.
The Benefits?
Transactions in local currencies, Interfaces translated into local languages, local language staff and exclusive Promos all year round.
These programs have been highly commended by our Resellers and our business in these countries has as grown by as much as 7 times since the launch of these programs!
New TLDs:
Based on feedback from Resellers across the world, we integrated .DE, .ES, .COM.AU and .RU Domains. We also participated in the launch for .XXX Domains and now offer it at one of the best prices in the Industry i.e. $79.
Control Panel Revamp:
We started work on improving the User Experience of our Control Panel this past year and we’ve unveiled a new Domain Management interface, Branding Settings & Order Details page as well as a redesigned Dashboard.
We’ve also released new versions of three of our most frequently used tools i.e. the Bulk Registration tool, the Bulk Renewal tool and the CSV Data Export Tool.
And this is just the start – we’re already hard at work at upgrading the look, feel and usability of the entire Reseller Control Panel.
SuperSite Redesign:
In December, we started work on the mammoth task of redesigning our SuperSite and we’re almost ready with it.
The new SuperSite sports a new design, superior buying flows with an intelligent upselling module, a coupon code system and loads of other features. We’re at the internal testing stage now and Resellers should be able to use SuperSite 2.0 this quarter itself!
Incredible Promos & Contests!
As always, we offered some remarkable Promos all year round such as .CO at $9.99, .IN at $1.89, .EU at 50% off and $2 off on .BIZ Domains. Introductory Promos on Multi-Domain Hosting and Reseller Hosting also helped Resellers introduce these products with a bang!
We even had $20,000 up for grabs with the Race Ahead with .BIZ contest as well as a special Co-Marketing Program for Indian Resellers with Rs. 1,00,000 available to 10 Resellers as marketing funds.
The next year will be even bigger!
