I wish we had done this sooner – yesterday’s webinar went off pretty well. My biggest concern was to try and cover all that I wanted to, within 45 minutes – unfortunately that was close to deliver. While I covered the basic functionality available to Resellers within their control panels, I could not get in to the ideal level of detail. Having said that, the response suggested that the exercise turned out to be useful for those that attended.
We also launched our new SuperSite and PartnerSite Admin Area interface yesterday. There have been quite a few usability mods made to the structure of the admin interface, and the difference is pretty visible. Feedback received yesterday also suggests that a webinar that covers SuperSite/PartnerSite customization in detail is required, and we’re currently working to conduct it sometime mid August. Will post more information here.
