This is to inform you that OrderBox will go through a scheduled downtime as per the maintenance window specified below:
- Date: Sunday, June 7th ’09
- Start Time: 4:30 am UTC
- Estimated Downtime: 3 hours
- Affected Systems: Control Panels, API, SuperSite, PartnerSite
Rest assured, this downtime will have no impact on your Domain Names and other services. These shall continue to function smoothly.
During this maintenance, the following actions will be taken:
- Upgrading our database server hardware
- Adding additional redundancy to our Database server
- Completion on the archival
During this upgrade we will also complete the archival of transation dta which will result in improved System Performance.
Please Note: All transactions completed before 1st January ’09 will now be available under the Search Archived Transactions section under the My Billing tab in your Control Panel.
