We organized a Partner Meet on 13th September in Lucknow for our Resellers, as part of our continuing efforts to meet and interact with Resellers and help them grow their business. We witnessed a great turnout! The enthusiastic participation from the Resellers helped us accomplish our objective which was to take feedback from our Resellers and take them through various products that we are launching. This event not only provided us the opportunity to help our partners do more for their business, but it also helped us gauge sentiment in the market and prioritize features and products for the future!
The agenda included presentations and workshops about ResellerClub’s Reseller Program & Promos, Discussions by Verisgn, ResellerClub Products & Features and a Networking Session. The representatives from ResellerClub present for the event were Shridhar Luthria, Janani, Sruthi and Felix. Although there was a slight delay in the start time for the event, we managed to make up for that, with our excellent presenters covering all of the topics pertaining to the new products! The event kicked off with Felix speaking about recently launched products such as Sitelock, New gTLDs Pre-registrations, Updated Domain Check Availability, Managed servers, etc. along with which he covered Codeguard and Email marketing. Most of the Resellers were quite thrilled with the launch of the Supersite Express, as it makes it considerably easy for them to purchase products on behalf of their customers.
Sruthi covered all the issues that the Resellers were facing, and received a whole lot of useful feedback, which we are currently working on. As we at ResellerClub and our Resellers are both very excited about Codeguard, we launched the product this week itself! We received many suggestions with respect to the various products that the Resellers require. Most of them wanted a few more types of SSL certificates, and were really happy to know that we were already working on it. Some Resellers expressed their interest in Oracle Database Hosting while some other inquired about Windows OS on dedicated servers and Dedicated servers located in India, which will be followed up by
